We produce soft pvc rubber making machine, we have 6/8/12/18/24/30 color soft pvc rubber dispensing machine, automatic oven, pvc vacuum machine, sandblasting machine. Our soft pvc rubber machine can produce different products like:
pvc label, pvc patch, pvc keychain, pvc zipper puller, pvc fridge magnet, pvc usb case, pvc wristband, pvc cup coaster, pvc bar mat, etc.
here we shows the complete step whole processing for how to make the soft pvc rubber products, it has 3 main steps:
Part 1: prepare the pvc material: mixing the raw material, and vacuum to remove the bubble;
Part 2: prepare the molds: make mold design, engraving by CNC machine, then polishing by sandblasting machine;
Part 3: pvc production: set program in dispensing machine, injection different color into mold, baking and cooling, to finish a soft pvc products.
